These General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable & replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read & do unreservedly accept our General Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Susel & Co., as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer & our rights as a business.

While we endeavour to ensure that our website is available 24/7, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily & without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
Please be aware that all products may vary slightly in colour & appearance from the images on the website, due to individual calibrations of computers and mobile devices. We take great care in our product information, descriptions and images online, but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. The prices indicated on the Website are shown in Pound Sterling. The delivery costs are clearly shown & invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website & is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be canceled & the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
Susel & Co. currently offers multiple ways to pay for your order. These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Susel & Co. is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. For personalised products, we do not take any responsibility for mistakes in spelling, punctuation and grammar, so please ensure you have checked the personalisation before submitting your order. Should you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 28 day return policy for an exchange or full refund if the product is returned to us in resale-able condition. Unless faulty or damaged, we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund personalised stationery.
Tracking numbers can/will be provided to your order, however, Susel & Co. can not be held responsible for any lost orders when handed over to delivery services.
